Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using ComputatusESim's services, websites, applications, or purchasing any eSIM product or service.

By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

ComputatusESim provides digital connectivity through eSIM profiles, which are sourced from third-party wholesalers. Our services include selling access to these eSIM profiles, support for activation, and related connectivity tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Service Limitations and Availability

• eSIM services are dependent on third-party network operators and wholesalers.
• ComputatusESim does not guarantee uninterrupted service, coverage, or speed.
• Network availability may vary by region, carrier agreements, and local regulations.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services (temporarily or permanently) without prior notice.
• Even though we try to detect a device's compatibility, we cannot guarantee that all devices will work with our eSIM profiles. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is compatible with eSIM technology.
• Computatus relies on the third-party wholesalers to provide accurate information about network operators lists, network coverage, data speeds, and service quality. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between the information provided by wholesalers and the actual performance of the eSIM services.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our services for lawful purposes only.
• Not resell, redistribute, or tamper with eSIM profiles unless explicitly permitted in writing by ComputatusESim.
• Ensure that your device is compatible with eSIM technology and unlocked before activation.
• Be responsible for all activity and charges associated with your eSIM.

5. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full prior to activation of any eSIM.
• Taxes, duties, and any additional fees imposed by local laws are the responsibility of the user.

6. No Warranty

ComputatusESim provides services "as-is" and "as-available," without any warranties or conditions, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not responsible for:

• Network coverage or data speed.
• Interruptions, delays, or security issues from third-party providers.
• Loss of data, profits, or business as a result of using our services.

7. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComputatusESim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Connectivity failures
• Incompatibility with devices
• Issues caused by the underlying wholesaler or mobile network

Our total liability in any matter arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the affected eSIM service.

8. SIM Misuse and Fraud

ComputatusESim reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:

• Fraud, abuse, or suspicious usage patterns are detected.
• There is use of the eSIM for illegal or malicious purposes, including spam, bypassing geo-blocks, or violating network operator policies.

9. Refund Policy

• eSIM profiles are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
• Refunds may be considered at ComputatusESim's discretion only in cases of technical failure that is solely attributable to us and not third-party limitations or user error.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software used or displayed on our platform are owned or licensed by ComputatusESim. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any material for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect, store, and use your personal information.

12. Regulatory Compliance

ComputatusESim complies with all applicable laws, telecommunications regulations, and governmental or regulatory authority requirements in the jurisdictions where it operates. We cooperate with relevant authorities as required, including in matters of fraud prevention, consumer protection, and lawful interception.

13. Amendments

ComputatusESim reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware, USA.
