Does my phone support eSIM?

iOS (iPhone)

  1. Open Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data).
  2. Look for Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan. If present, your iPhone supports eSIM.
  3. If you do not see this option, check device model and carrier restrictions.
  4. Most iPhone XS/XR and newer models support eSIM.

Android

  1. Open Settings > Network & Internet (or Connections) > SIM Manager / Mobile Network.
  2. Look for Download SIM, Add eSIM, or eSIM manager options.
  3. Dial *#06# and check for an EID number. EID usually indicates eSIM support.
  4. If options are missing, verify your exact model and carrier support in the manufacturer documentation.
